Welcome to ebasket99.com. We are a digital platform that connects customers with local shops. Each shop listed on our platform manages its own products, order fulfillment, and returns. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation
For Local Shop Visit / Pickup Orders
Customers can cancel their order before visiting the shop for collection.
Cancellation must be requested through the website/app before the shop confirms the order as “Ready for Pickup.”
Once the order is marked as “Ready for Pickup,” cancellation is no longer possible.
For Online Delivery Orders
Customers can request cancellation only before the shop has shipped the product.
Once the order is marked as “Shipped/Dispatched,” it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation approval is at the discretion of the respective shop.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancelled orders or returned products as accepted by the respective shop.
If the shop approves the cancellation or return, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Refund amount will exclude any non-refundable transaction or service fees, if applicable.
Returns / Replacement
Return or replacement requests must be raised within [3–7 days] of delivery (time period to be decided by each shop).
Product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging/tags intact.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items must be reported with photo proof within 24 hours of delivery.
Return shipping costs will be handled as per the respective shop’s policy (some may offer free returns, others may not).
Important Notes
Each shop is individually responsible for accepting or rejecting cancellation, return, or refund requests.
